Renata is coach, lector and director of the three companies. She has been deeply involved in personal, team, and company growth since 2001. She will help you maximize your potential and fully utilize your own inner assets. She has studied international finance and holds a Master’s Degree in Training and Development (MTrainDev). She has also studied at Australia’s Griffith College. Renata has worked as a consultant for firms in Germany, Italy, Poland, and The Netherlands to name a few.

She has organized training and teambuilding programs for companies in the Czech Republic including Aegon, Allianz, AXA, Aviva, Broker Consulting, BSF, ČPP, ČSOB, Deutscher Ring, Generali, IKEA, Kooperativa, Lonza, OVB, Partners for Life Planning, Raiffeisen bank, TIC CKD, Unicredit bank, Uniqa and many more.

Renata specializes in “the experience of learning” through which your knowledge and experience are combined to move you beyond your comfort zone and enables you to hone in on personal growth. Her programs emphasize personal development, communication, teamwork, leadership, maximizing strategic planning and time management, self-awareness, building mutual trust, and establishing meaningful relationships.

Additionally, Renata specializes in mental techniques, such as neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), which consists of tapping the subconscious and adjusting paradigms. Renata is an author of several publications. New books by Brian Tracy and Renata Kronowetterová & Leading Experts from Around the World "Pushing To The Front" in The USA and "Nový začátek" in The Czech republic was released in Autumn 2011. Renata has also published educational materials including a well known tesching source called "English for Pilots".
